A N D is the letters on the license plate of a car speeding toward you with an outstretched hand, urging you to join the ride. If you choose to grab on the next problem is figuring out what to do with yourself. Relax as much as it will let you (we all have to piss on car trips) or grab a bottle and disgust yourself.

I found them when I was really deep in my depression around the end of 2013 and their music has helped me feel better about things simply through it’s very emotional, cathartic sound. Their debut album "THE" is a very important album to me for this reason. It’s truly special and for my money, it’s right at the height of the indie rock scene in Japan.
