Album · 2003 · 10 Songs. It didn’t hurt that the album’s producer, classically trained Felix Pappalardi, joined Mountain on bass and produced. So this 1970 debut launched a million dirty rock and boogie bands. The landslide guitars and searing vocals on the classic Mississippi Queen and its doppelganger Never in My Life are untouchable. The psych of Sliver Paper stings, and fetching left turns like The Laird and the Cream-esque Boys in the Band make Climbing! a classic.

Album (Studio full-length).

Vinyl, LP, Album, Bestway Pressing, Unipak Sleeve. Country: US. Released: 1970. A2. Vocal: Dec. 28, 1969. This record was made to be played loud.

Nothing really happened with us and him until one day I hear an album called Disraeli Gears by a group called Cream. I turn it over and see it was produced by Felix Pappalardi.
