While the songs on this generally likable CD aren't in a class with the better works of Cooper, WASP, or the Crüe, Rexx did have potential. But the band wouldn't be given a chance to develop - by the mid-'90s, alternative rock was the rage, and bands like Rexx were hardly a priority among labels.
