This Thunderdome came out around mid 1999 when the Hardcore scene was at the bottom of its popularity.First, it was the first Thunderdome to come out with 33 full length tracks rather than the standard 19 by 19 (later 20 by 20) edited track format which had been in use since 1994-1995.Second, there is a lot of what by then had been labeled “New-style hardcore”, being slower tempo hardcore with a techno influence. There are even 2 pure techno tracks – Pannik by Speedy J and Gameform by Joey Beltram!Finally, this was the last Thunderdome to come under the Arcade catalog since this label disappeared in 2000. Only after nearly 2 years did a new Thunderdome come out under ID & T.
