Bucket List Project is the debut studio album by American rapper Saba. It was released on October 27, 2016 by Saba Pivot, LLC. The album was produced mainly by Saba himself and Phoelix, with guest producers ranging from Cam O'bi, daedaePIVOT, Joseph Chilliams, Ken Ross, Flex Lennon, squeakPIVOT, among others. The album also includes guest appearances from Noname, Twista, Smino, Ravyn Lenae, and Jean Deaux, among others.

In Bucket List Project’s margins, Saba has several people, some of them notable Chicagoan musicians, sharing their personal bucket lists. Among them: Chance, Lupe Fiasco, guest Jean Deaux, and local rapper Stunt Taylor. One fan wants to go one-on-one with former Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose. Another wants to play soccer on rooftops in Tokyo. Deaux wants to smoke a blunt with Beyoncé and de-gentrify Chicago neighborhoods. It’s a wishing well filled to the brim with unfulfilled dreams, further exploring the underlying thesis that inactivity is, in a way, similar to death

For many of us outside Chicago, the first piece of Chicago rap we heard was Resurrection, a 1994 album from a 22-year-old South Side rapper named Common Sense. Common was a fun voice - lively, showily clever, capable of being vulnerable and funny and tough all at once. But the thing about Resurrection that really struck me the first time I heard it wasn’t Common himself. It was how pretty the whole album was. Producer No .

Is 'World In My Hands' on the record? It doesn't show up on the label from the looks of the pictures.

Yes it is .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

I made an inquiry and received the following response from Sam of Omerta: "When you manufacture records you can either end up with 15 percent over the number you ask for or 15 percent under. On this run we ended up with some extra stock, it as we only requested 300 number the company left the extra ones in numbered. So there a few copies around, like yours, that don’t have a number"In conclusion, there are ~300 out there in the wild people.

From the comments here and the sudden spike in availability on this record, it would seem as though there's a second, not-numbered pressing of this available? Maybe a second listing should be put up to distinguish the two

You are right only around 300 were made. I think the plant made a bit more than 300 so they decided not to number a huge batch of them. See my official response from Omerta above.

Sudden spike appears to be people who got there copies in EU late because all of the recent sellers are EU sellers. Also, I truely think it was 300 and they just forgot to number a lot of them since I ordered from them and did not get a number but have the box for it, my friend ordered with me got a numbered one. Could not find anything different other than the sharpie numbering.

I have two copies of the record, one from Bull Moose and one from UGHH and neither is numbered. Interestingly, on the Omertà web site it does not indicate that Saba's LP is individually numbered in gold, as it does with other releases. Anyway, this is one dope ass joint. Looking forward to Saba's next release.

I'd be very interested in purchasing/trade, so let me know if you'd like to get rid of one of your copies
Zamo
Hi, would you consider selling one of those? Please hit me up!

I also have 2 copies of the album. One from Fat Beats stickered "Limited to 300" & numbered on back. The other from UGHH with no sticker & no numbers. Yet same barcode....whats the deal with that?

Mine is unnumbered even tho there’s a blank box for it on the back. Imma guess only the first 300 are numbered (and will be more collectible), but the rest of the pressing is prolly not all that “limited.” A couple thou maybe. If the numbering matters to you, then be sure to ask the seller if it’s numbered (should be 3 hundo or below) AND sealed. Sneaky good, killer album. Clean pressing wit a clear sound. Chill af...just like I like my hip hop.

Hi - Saba’s mgmt here to answer some questions I’m seeing. There is no black vinyl of this yet. This should be a limited pressing of 300 - some may be unnumbered but that would only have been due to a mistake in shipping without writing number on back. There may be a couple additional copies floating around that the presser for this made in excess, but at this time this is the only vinyl pressing of this album and it is limited to 300, give or take a few additional copies that may have been made.Thanks.-Rory

I believe 500 of these were made in total based on reading on different websites. There is also a standard black version of this up for sale at this time. EDITED on 2018-02-24 I made an inquiry and received the following response from Sam of Omerta: "When you manufacture records you can either end up with 15 percent over the number you ask for or 15 percent under.
