WBCN Get Back Reference Acetate. This is a tape of Glyn Johns' reference acetate that made its way to the US, where it was played on some "underground" FM stations (the first being WKBW-FM in Buffalo). A more complete version of this same tape of the radio broadcast on WBCN-FM is on "Posters, Incense And Strobe Candles". What If? The 1971 Beatles album that never was! A collection of tracks that theoretically could have made up such a collection.

A different mix of the song later became the closing track of Let It Be (1970), which was the Beatles' last album released just after the group split. The single version was later issued on the compilation albums 1967–1970, 20 Greatest Hits, Past Masters, and 1.
